These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and adsbd99 ("adsbd99", "the Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing all aspects of your access to and use of the adsbd99 website, mobile platform, games, sports betting services, and any related features or services made available to you.

Account Registration Process

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the adsbd99 platform at any time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, IP address, or household — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, cancellation of all pending bonuses, and forfeiture of winnings derived from any such duplicate account.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the adsbd99 platform. You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly, engage in any of the following:

• Identity fraud: Registering or operating an account using another person's identity, personal details, or payment credentials.

adsbd99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading registration information.
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance obligations require adsbd99 to restrict the account.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period in accordance with adsbd99's inactivity policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, adsbd99 will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for the suspension to the registered email address and to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds released. If the investigation confirms a breach, adsbd99 may permanently close the account and forfeit any associated balance.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your adsbd99 account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, adsbd99 strongly recommends activating a formal self-exclusion through the responsible gaming settings, which provides additional protections including suppression of all marketing communications. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure (net of any active bonus funds) will be refunded to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

adsbd99 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from virus or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. adsbd99 will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, force majeure events, or disruptions caused by third-party infrastructure providers.

adsbd99 shall not be liable for any losses arising from:

• Network connectivity issues on your device or mobile network (including disruptions on Grameenphone, Robi, Banglalink, Airtel, or Teletalk networks).
• Bets or wagers placed during a platform outage or error condition that were subsequently reversed during system recovery.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by your mobile financial services provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or banking institution.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
• Any reliance on game RTP or odds information that was displayed in error due to a technical fault.

Where adsbd99's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, adsbd99's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by you into your adsbd99 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

adsbd99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via email to their registered address and will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Non-material amendments (including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any term) may be made without prior notice.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the adsbd99 platform and request account closure before the amended Terms take effect. Your continued use of the adsbd99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the amended Terms.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and adsbd99 arising from these Terms or your use of the platform, you should first contact the adsbd99 customer support team, who will endeavour to resolve the matter within a reasonable timeframe. adsbd99 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will investigate all legitimate complaints thoroughly and impartially.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with the adsbd99 support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal process. adsbd99 operates as an internationally managed platform and makes no representation about the enforceability of these Terms under any specific national legal framework.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable to any extent, that provision will be severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the adsbd99 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and adsbd99 in respect of your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
